I’ve Been Working on Something ...

I wanted to share something a little personal with you today.

Over the past few weeks, I quietly started a new creative space called Paint and Paper on Substack. Some of you may have seen little hints here and there, but I haven’t officially talked about it until now.

This new space is focused entirely on my art practice and creativity. The behind the scenes. The experiments. The daily challenge I’ve been working through. The questions I wrestle with about finding my place, figuring out my style, and how I want to show up in my work. It’s more studio journal than polished blog post. More process than recipe.

Paint and Paper lives on Substack, which simply means you can read it online, via the Substack app, or subscribe there to have new posts delivered straight to your inbox.

If you enjoy following my art journey, or if you’ve ever felt curious about exploring your own creativity, I think you would really love it. This past month has centered around my February Flowers series, but I’m excited to see how the space continues to grow and evolve.

If you’re here mostly for recipes, seasonal projects, and home inspiration, that is absolutely okay too. Inspired by Charm isn’t going anywhere. This is simply an additional creative outlet for me.

To be honest, it’s a space I’ve been craving for quite some time. My art has become such a meaningful part of my life, and I wanted a place where I could share it freely. I’ve also come to really appreciate the format there. It reminds me of early blogging days, before algorithms and search engines dictated so much of what we created. It feels spacious. It feels like I can breathe.

Right now, most of what I’m sharing is free to read. Down the road, I may introduce some paid content for those who want to go deeper into tutorials, process videos, and studio explorations. But for now, it’s simply a place to create, explore, and share more honestly.

I know it won’t be for everyone, and that’s completely okay. But if you’d like to join me there, I’d truly love to have you.
